Preparation

  • Vegetable Stir-Fry:
  • Boil cut up fresh vegetables (Broccoli, Mushrooms, Celery, Edible Fungus, Potatoes, Lotus Root, Cabbage, Eggplant) until half cooked
  • Take out and set aside
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat
  • Add 1 packet of the LaoPai Basic Stir-Fry sauce and stir-fry for 15 - 30 seconds over medium heat to bring out the flavour
  • Add the prepared vegetables in step 1 and stir-fry until tender and crisp
