Preparation

  • Sterilize bottles, teats,and utensils by boiling for 5 minutes.
  • Boil Water and let it cool until lukewarm (about 40°c).
  • Measure the volume of cooled boiled water into a clean cup, bottle or measuring jug.
  • Add the required number of level scoops or powder. Fill the scoop lightly and level with a knife.
  • Always add one level scoop of powder to 30ml water in the feeding bottle.
  • Place the cap on the bottle and shake to dissolve the powder.

Important Notice: Breast milk is the best for your baby. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life.
