Preparation
Roasted Barbecue Pork Recipe:
- Cut 450 g (1 lb) pork tenderloin into 2 strips
- Marinate with 5 teaspoon char siu sauce for 2 hours
- Bake in a preheat oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes
- Turn and bake for another 15 minutes
- Brush with honey and bake for 2 more minutes
