Preparation
- Steam: Remove top seal. Steam directly in packing bowl (PP material) over boiling water for 10-15 minutes (chilled) or 20-25 minutes (frozen).
- Microwave: Remove top seal. Spray some water on the rice, microwave 3-4 minutes (chilled) or 4-5 minutes (frozen). Check rice condition after 3 minutes and adjust heating time accordingly.
Storage
- For chilled product, keep in chiller at 4°C.
- For frozen product, keep in freezer at -18°C.
- Do not refreeze thawed products.
